NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE OWNERS

Dear Villas of Sweetwater Member,

Historically, the Bylaws of the Villas of Sweetwater made it challenging to find owners willing to run for a board position due to a requirement that all Directors live in the Villas.  However, we know that our resident and non-resident owners care deeply about the community and want the opportunity to join Association leadership.  Because of this, a special meeting is scheduled Monday, July 21, 2025, to vote to amend the Bylaws to permit any owner to run for the Board.

A Special Meeting of the Owners of Villas of Sweetwater Community Association, Inc. (the “Association”), shall be held on Monday, July 21, 2025, via Zoom (the “Special Meeting”).  The Special Meeting is scheduled to begin at 6:30pm (CST).

The purpose of the Special Meeting of the Owners is to vote to amend the Bylaws of the Association. You do not need to attend the meeting in order to vote.  Votes may be cast in person or via the Directed Proxy enclosed herein.  We look forward to your presence and input at the Special Meeting.
